Stolen money from my account

Dear respected,

this is to inform you that i was taken a 2 wheeler from hdfc bank, emi was issued from axis bank, but i am changing my company.after taht i am changing the ecs to hdfc bank.but bank tell i have to sattle my loan, i was agreed but- i was taken 42000 in loan, they are tell me i have to pay total 82000.today 1st dec my salary has come and they hold my account and tell that they will take all my 36500 salary from my account.not only that in past they had taken 16500 rupees in same way without any information.

please do the needfull.
