I m using credit card of HDFC from last 3 years and it was a nice experience. But last year they had debited 14, 000 from my account without my authorization. I had given them enough proof that the transaction had not done by me or any of my family member. They agree to reverse, but they have not reversed it till now, except that they had levy interest of more than 30, 000 over that amount and blocked my card.

Also now they give me threat over the phone & use very disgrace words over the phone. I m definitely going to sue them in consumer court, But I want to beware each & every citizen of Country don't go for any account in HDFC, It is the worst bank in India & in world. Cheap representatives & ignorable staff are the more features of this Worst Bank ever.
