HDFC Bank
Mini cards fee

On 20-12 I had book a railway ticket from NGPAY and make payment from HDFC Bank Credit Card and 0n 21-12 they also detect other amount for mini cards fee. They had not respond yet regarding it.

Please suggest what I do??
