Credit Card Settlement

I m using HDFC bank visa credit card with 15000 credit limit..my card no is 4346 7720 0777 2501. My card is not active now bcoz of credit limit. I had given every month minimum payment. EVERY MONTH ADD TO LATE FEE ALSO. SO I REQUEST TO PLZ SEND ME THE SETTLEMENT OF MY CREDIT CARD. I AM HARRESMENT OF THIS BILL.

Now I can’t pay outstanding amount. Bcoz this outstanding amount is wrong. My actual purchase amount is 7to 8000 something. & I gave lots of payment against actual amount. I want to close my credit card. I want to do settlement. payment collection executives are so many hares me & my family. My family so much disturb against this matter.. pls do something.
