Mental Harassment by telecall marketing team

Dear Sir,

From last 2-3 months I am recieving call for credit card and personal loan from HDFC bank telecall marketing team in working hours. Although my number is in DND list of HDFC bank they are making me call for credit card and personal loan.

Every time, i have made them reminder that my number is in DND list and do not make me call. But each and every time they called me for the same.

Since because of them I have lost some of valuable opportunity, I want to file complaints for my mental compansation of 20, 00 000 lakh rupee

Please guide me for the same.
