Haressmetn by recovery agents of hdfc bank personal loan

i have availd a personal loan from hdfc bak at 23% rate. i paid for 2 years regulary and only 100000 rupees werre remaining i have paid toal rs. 2.25 laksh till oct. 2009 to hdfc through ecs.

sir, due to various reasons i could not pay after that oct. they started using most filthy lang. on land line phones in the day time when i am in my office. they also contacte d me at omy offcie and used most diry gaalis online and haressed contioniosly.

at home kmy parents are 85 yrs old and if anything happns to them as they are under medical treatment who sill be responsible.

also today they sent two persons and threated my parents they will come jdaily and take the money byhook or by crook from them.
