Deducting Extra charges without informing

I have HDFC salary saving account. When i opened, they convince me to open DMAT account by saying that it is free and it is payable only when we are trading. But without using, they have deducted 500 Rs.

When i called customer care (That is very worst compared to other bank..), they are given proper response. They told me to close the DMAT so that they can reverse. So i wandered and finally i have closed. But they have not return any money.

The problem is they should not give wrong statement just for money when opening the account itself. then customer care should not give a wrong statement. Because that i have wasted time and money. This is one of the worst bank. Please dont go for this bank.
