Rs. 458.33 debited to my Savings A/c (A/c No. 12481600001653) on 29.11.2009 without any prior intimation giving a reason saying that these are the Gold Card Charges. Being a Privilege Customer, we were given an option to upgrade our Card to a Gold Card for free by one of the Executives in HDFC Bank, Branch Productivity Road, Vadodara.
The only condition was to maintain a Balance of Rs. 10, 000.
Despite repeated reminders to reverse the charges which were again promised by the Executives at the Bank, nothing is being done. We are holding 4 savings Account with HDFC Bank 2 of which always have a balance in lakhs of rupees as well as the fixed deposits.
Kindly look into the matter and reverse the charges at the earliest.
