Hi

This is neha. I hav salaried a/c with HDFC Bank since june. HDFC Bank has offered me Titanium Credit Card, which was pre-approved. There agent came to my house in begning of April to collect all the documents, i provided him same at that time and after that i verified my information over the phone twice. After 2 weeks i called HDFC Credit Card dept. and they told me that they need all documents again when i told them that i hav provided that information thrice they told me that i need to do that again or else they would not issue the Credit Card and when i asked what pre approved card means a supervisor named SHISHIR started shouting and was telling me that they dont provide card to every body. I am facing inconveniance because of there unhelpfull Customer Service Dept. I want you people to take strict action against them bcoz this is not the first time that i faced problem bcoz of there banking behaviour.
