Pre-approved personal loan rejected

Hello Sir,

I am sumit pruthi from delhi, holding 2 accounts in Hdfc bank, one (Max account) is in C.P branch and other is in Krishna nagar from last more than 1 year and i am having also Credit card of hdfc bank. Custmer id no. 32714033.I never applied for personal loan in my life from any bank.but before 1 week i applied in hdfc bank because Hdfc bank offered me pre-aproved personal loan and car loan of 7, 50, 000, because i mantained my accounts very well. Before i applied for loan, i was told that, i dont have to provide more documents, and this is garaunty that, i will get loan of amount 5 to 7 laks. On that behalf, i commited some one for money. i provided all the ducuments and my loan has been rejected.i am working in very reputed company (Interglobe Technology PVT) as german translator and interpretor.my age is 24 and having work experience of 4 years. My loan reference no. is 16864842.

Sir please consider my problem, and reply me as soon as possible
