Amount Deduction from my account without any intimation from bank

Dear Sir

I want to get it in your knowledge that the HDFC bank Chopasani Road Jodhpur Rajasthan INDIA have deducted on behalf of AQB SER CHGS INC ST AND CESS APR JUN on 08 Jul amount of Rs 827.25 from my account. On 19 Jun I had checked my balance of 8085.63 in my account online using netbanking.

When i asked or queried to Customer Care they told me that i did not maintain minimum balance of 10K in my account. Also the Customer Care person told me that its also showing when using netbanking But its not showing when i use netbanking. I will show u the details as per needed and i truthly speaking yet i did not receive any intimation from bank by e-mail or by document related to matter by courier. I am Senior Account Holder of bank I have opened my Account in the year dated 07 April and At that time Mr Bhandari in the branch told me that i have to maintain Rs 5000 as minimum balance. Also Confirmed me that In future it will be same and No Rules will be applicable to me. When i talked personally to the Bank Ombudsman Jaipur he told me that we have put on website but I want to say that i am not regular customer who checks the website. I am only using Netbanking once in a week and in that its not showing any information regarding this. Also not even on bank homepage. No one have much time to fully visit the website. The bank have to intimate his customers regarding any changes. Sir Kindly Requesting you to Plz do the needful regarding this matter. I need ur assistance urgently and cooperate me to refund this amount in my account.
