Credit card settlement

Dear Sir/madam,

This has reference with my hdfc credit card settlement. My credit card no. is -4346786000570597.I am having saving account with HDFC bank from 04. Last year I took a personal loan of 1.5 lakh from the bank and on the same day i was convinced by a executive to take credit card. It was the first time i applied for the both. I consumed the full limit of credit card. Due to some family problem and my new job i was not able to make the payment of credit card and personal loan on time. My due date is 4 of every month for both. Even i asked the bank official for changing my payment due date, because my salary is credited on 7th or 8th of the month, but i was not entertaind. I kept making payment after that but not on time. Then credit card cell from delhi asked me for settlement and they send me a settlement letter on 6/3/10.As per the letter i need to make the full payment in 8 installments. At that time i had talk with the bank executive about my NOC/No dues letter after making all the eight installments. That was all verbal. Now i have made five installments. In between i had talk with another executive from the card cell, delhi because i made last payment one day late. Again i asked him about my no due letter because i want to clear my remaining three installments in one shot. But the executive told me that no such letter will be issued from the bank and my name will be kept on flashing in CIBIL.

Sir now my question is should i make the remaining payment even i am not getting clearence letter from the bank?

Secondly i want to ask whether my name would be in CIBIL because i am making payment regularly but late?

Thirdly how i can withdraw my name from CIBIL?

Whether it will create problem in future also if i go for any loan from the bank?
