I am neelam singh employee code CN13207 was an employee in F1-U PITAM PURA Branch New delhi as a Direct Sales Executive.

Sir, I Have not received my termination latter from my Sales manager Mr. Amit Pathak

but I have Still not Able to get my Salary for the period of above Mentioned date that is from July.

Sir, My Salary Was Rs-8500/- per month.

Sir, i am living in Z-230 Narayan Vihar Prem Nagar-II Kirari Suleman Nangloi Delhi-110086 that is my exact add i show my original documents to my team leadar ashwani kumar but after three month they sad my cpv is negetive i had achived my target last month of sep 2010 which account i given to my T.L he used by his code.

I was not permited to show my presence in attandence ragister he sad me that he would be show my presentation in attandance registerd but he did not do like this, When i objection this doing by his he used me cheap language. When i complaint to sales manager Mr. Amit Pathak he has not taken any action.

Sales manager told me that you are terminated base of negetive CPV and your salary not coming.

confirm that i am terminated or not because of i have not received termination letter. Please understand my problem. i am very worried about that.

it would be very difficult for me to manage my family expansive

now i am requesting you to release my Three month salary and remaining amount of provident fund.

I humble request u please take the action on that and do the needful as soon as possible.
