LESS AMOUNT FROM ATM

I am A Praveen Kumar holding an account in your HDFC Bank with no-04171140008686 On 01/10 at 17.20 i have withdrawn a amount of Rs. 10000/- in which i got only 9000/- with a denomination of =500*18 ATM NO-S1ACVZ01 with the tranctions no - 2734, 2735, 2736 I have intimated to Branch people immediately, they were least bothered of my request and told that the amount will get credit in the next day, and also launched a complaint to the call centre people and they have given me a complaint No-062347 and told that i will get call in 4 working days, nothing got positive to me no call from Branch and Calcenter people. I have walked into the branch 4 times then they told me to go and meet Mr. Baji Rao who is an ATM coordinator sits in Dwarakanagar Branch, met him he told that they were no discripencies on that day, I have requested tp check in CC cameras he told that it will not posible. 15 days past till amount not credited, I dont understand where my amount gone. Either there should should be problem in ATM's or...

And my humble request you to do the needful in getting my amount back.
