Account yet not been preffered since 6 months for issuing credit card

Hi sir,

this is kumar gupta a/c holder of hdfc bank main branch pathankot.punjab-145001

i wish to state tat i am kumar gupta, s/o sh inderjit gupta, r/o 290 krishna nagar pathankot.my a/c no is 05261000097942 .i opened up an account in hdfc bank six months before to issue the credit card.six months before i asked them to preffer my account with a good customer of the bank who is dealing since very long and they approved..but i am very annoyed by their such irresponsible behaviour for they havnt prefffered my account yet since six months and every time they keep on lying tat ur credit card is ready n u 'll get it in 10-15 days and this is going on since 3-4 months..but itz not even preffered yet.i am really very annoyed by their such irresponsible behaviour..plz resolve this as early as possible or wat all i can do is to cancel my account from tat bank.
