sir, i went to GTB branch for admitting a written complaint on dated 08/11. but their Branch manager made me so harrassed and torcherd me very badly and he made insult our hindi language which is our mother language. And he also talked very roughly and the ignored when i said about going to consumer court and he abused all judisiory rules and shown me his lose talk..

so please it is convey regard to you to file my complaint and take action on it.. for this act i will always grateful to you..
