My name is swapnil desai and my loan account number is 17102486

My emi for the month of december was bounced, and i have paid the amount immidiatly on 14th december with all applicable charges/ penalties through your agency named M.R. Integrated Services

amounting to Rs. 8150/- including penalties, cheque no - 414266 dated 14/12 which subsequently got cleared on 16th or 17th of december.

But then after 17th bannk has deducted 7700/- from my account towards emi, which i have already paid

so give me the clarification regaarding all this inconveniece to me. and what will be your course of action on this. As i want that money refund immidiatly. and u should reverse my penalties also as u deducted my account twice. or tell me the compensation/ penalties that u shd bare for deducting my account

I m sorry for my emi bounce and i have even paid penalties for that, so i hope u also have to pay same amount of penalty or refund my penalty amount for deducting the emi twicefrom my account.
