Related to Hdfc bank Salary account

Dear sir

My Name is Raghavendra Raju V V. I had a salary account number with 01091050016985.Due to job less Salary is not credited to my account.

On 11-Jan there was a credit of Rs 500. Complete amount was deducted by bank.when i called to customer care they said it is against min bal charges. As my salary a/c doesn't require any min bal. when i asked the same to customer support they said that my a/c require min balance of Rs 10000. as there are not salary credits. it is converted to normal savings.

with out notice how can they do this.

Please help me in getting refund and to stop further levy of such charges with out notification of a/c migrations.
