HDFC BANK MAKE THEIR OWN RULES

I have account no 00462560001524 in name of JAINCO VALVES PRIVATE LTD . today i given my son 2 cheques to get withdraw cash from hdfc bank of totalling Rs 40, 000 . he goes but the bank refused to honour those by giving simple reason that the I.D PROOF I.E DRIVING LICENSE WHICH he is showing is duplicate . although he is showing original license to Mr T.S AHUJA, BANK MANAGER AT ADARSH NAGAR BRANCH JALANDHAR . he has also requested manager if he want to confirm his identity just call on the cell & ask whether person is genuiel or not but the manger not listen further he also says ok if you dont want to honour the cheques just give the reason in writing . but manager not listen & says do whaterver you can he will not honour the cheques . my simple question is to banking authorities that why they irritate the custmoers just because they have not accorunt on their respective branches . my question is that WHY HDFC BANK MAKE THEIR OWN RULES & MANAGERS AT BANK IRRITTAE THE CUSMOERS to open the account in their branches...
