Poor Customer Service

I had requested credit card to be delivered at my office address. Still my card got delivered at my home despite of telling 3 times to all the people engaged in it. When i got a call for credit card from Pune call centre, i asked that girl that is it possible that my card and further bills could be delivered at my office address? The answer was YES. Secondly when a person came at my office to collect documents, I asked him too the same question. Again the answer was YES. Lastly, i as ked the same question to the lady who had called for verification. She told we have noted it and card will be delivered at your office address.

But unfortunately All the YES turned into NO wen i got to know that courier boy is at my place for delivering the card. So i had to send the card back to HDFC bank. This is the worst customer service i have ever seen.
