Debit Card retained without information and without issuing new card

Dear Sir/Madam,

I am the account holder of HDFC Bank (Complain No. PUN073721)

My card was retained yesterday (i.e 08-03) in ATM near Pimpri, Pune.

without prior information to me and without the expiry date of my card.

I havnt received the Debit card till date.

Also I need the explanation from HDFC BANK that how they can retain my card, without prior information to me.

It’s fraud at part of HDFC BANK to retain the card holder’s card unless new card is issued to him.

Kindly justify this issue, provided I need the Debit card on priority.
