Dear Sir/Madam,

I had taken personal loan from HDFC Bank for 1.2 lakhs for 36 months. I had paid more then 33 EMI.Due to financial problems, i am not able to make payment for another three EMI.

Bank Agent is calling to my office phone and started shouting for paying the rest of my EMIs, When i am trying to expalining him my

financial problems, he is not even understanding my situaion, he his shouting in wild sound and repeating same words again and

agian. And he is telling that he will come to my office and ask for dues.

Pls take action aginst Bank agent, Otherwise i will load complaint againt bank and bank agent in "RBI Complaint Forum" and take

police action aginst him.

And I have major financial problem, I can't make payment. My family is in problem.
