Deduction of money unneccessarily

There is a problem in mobile that money is deducted unnecceserily. Whenever i sent a message at 121 to see the names of the services subscribed on my mobile first i get that i had only 'news pack service' on my mobile & after unsubscribing from that service, when i again sent a message to 121 to see the names of the services subscribed on my mobile i get a message that i have 'bakhtitashan ' service on my mobile.i want your company to sent me back the money that have cutted unnecceserily.my mobile no. is 9956799768
