Deducted amount without customer's knowledge

Deduction of depository charges from my account NO 00071130001003 HDFC bank without my knowledge.

This is in reference to the transaction made into my account without intimating me by HDFC bank.

An amount of 460.64 was deducted from my savings account on 09 NOV under the header of depository charges.

Please refund my money back in my account and explain who have instructed to create Demat Account without customers knowledge.
