Hi,

my loan no: 602058088

I have taken around 20 Lakh Loan from hdfc bank, selaiyur-chennai just few months.

i am paying my emis regularly that too 20 days before. still hdfc people trying to use my cheques to withdraw money without checking accounts.

As a result of their stupid and foolishness, i am getting unnecessary mails and at high time,

Rs.827.25 is debited from my hdfc account for cheque return charges.

CHEQUE NO:000000224429 DATE:06 Dec FINE:827.25

may i know the procedure these banks are following?

As there is no fault from my side, i need my money back. i never faced this situations anywhere.

need urgent action on this.
