Egarding charges on atm withdrwal

Dear sir,

i have a saving a/c in hdfc bank gwalior brach, my issue is branch has deducted the charges regarding atm withdrwal in the month of oct. but the charges was deducted of july, aug, and sept month all the month charges are deduct in same month, is this any rule that they deduct the charges on his own wish. without any month ending and quater ending. pls suggest me How will get my money back.
