Money deduction from salary account

I am working with hotel vivanta by taj srinagar. I am havina a salary acount with hdfc bank branch karan nagar. The bank is deducting Rs 386 after every two months from last one year. I visited the bank 4 times from last one month and when I asked the bank staff about the deductions i was assured that all the deducted amount will be reversed to my account but requesting repeatedly nothing happened.
