Harrasment by Collections Department

Dear Sir/Madam,

This is to bring to your kind notice that I Dona Dey holding a Womam's Gold Credit Crad with number (4346 7811 0099 8053) have paid 23, 000 on the card, the card limit being 30, 000. I am not using the card for 8 -10 months now, and have asked the bank to close the card by calling their customer care many times, but everyt time some collections people call and have abused me, and have asked exorbitent money to close the card and have not agreeed to give me any statement to show what are the charges they have leived on the card.

Now also some people from their collections dept are calling and harrassing me and asking me to pay 25, 000 more and said will not give me any statement. Kindly helo me and advice me as to what should I do.
