HDFC Bank Credit Card
Without my wish wrong card is given

Hi Sir,

my name is jaspreet singh, two months back I got call from hdfc bank to give me platinum plus credit card. Then the person who came to collect the application I clicked on platinum card and signed and given documents. After that when verification call came I said the same thing to confirm because I am also holding other bank credit cards and I want only platinum card no other than that same thing I informed in the verification call. They agreed and you can verify because they record all calls. But they send me titanium card without my wish. Now if I close card my credit score will spoil. What I can do. I am working with TOP MNC in India having 1.5 lakh employees. could I inform to My HR department to take strict action and remove more than 1 lakh accounts from my company. In our company complaint is taken always very seriously. I want to take action against bank. Card no is 5289455001771994
