Harassment on phone calls

I live and work in Gurgaon I own an HDFC bak credit card. I am a regular pay master but for last two months couldnt pay my monthly installments on time. I have been getting regular phone calls from this person who says himself Praveen Kataria from the recovery department. He has started calling my work place too and abuses whoever picks up the phone.

He threatens me for life. I filed a complaint on customecareservices.cards@hdfcbank.com

but havent got any call till yet.

Please look in to the matter and help me out with this un professional behavior.
