HDFC Bank Credit Cards
Begumpet Branch. Rupa and Praveen are harrassing me

My Name is Mahesh. And I do hold Credit card with HDFC Bank. Along with this I do hold Personal Loan, Salary Account, Life Insurance Plan with HDFC. Till now I haven't delayed any payment for any of the EMIs.

This complaint is in regards to the Credit Card payment which got delayed for just 1month. Rupa an employee at Begumpet HDFC Bank Credit Cards and Praveen - manager at Begumpet HDFC Bank are harrasing me for not paying the amount for just 1 month and they torturing me saying that they will send collections people to my home where my parents are there who are old. I am currently living in Bangalore.

Actually I wanted to clear the Outstanding amount in my Credit Card next month i.e., Feb which was informed Rupa and Praveen but still the Manager and Rupa an employee are talking aggressively and not giving the options of holding this for just 1month.

I was completely upset on the way they behaved with me and made me to decide to close all the accounts with HDFC Bank. I am going to close my Credit Card and also the Loan very soon and would like to switch out from HDFC Bank, just because of Rupa and Praveen at Begumpet branch, Hyderabad.
