my name is durga lakshman rao.p, i was working in hdfc bank as a insurance excutive (co-ex) at daba gardens, visakhapatnam branch branch id is 1243. i was working at hdfc bank 01/07 to 24/04.

my employee code is 63859 (co-ex). i was submeted in pf forms and resigin letter but iam not receving pf amount and one month salary also due i was waiting for last one year for that money, please check the my account and clear my problem as soon as possible.
