False claims made regarding the policies provied

Dear Sir,

I will like to lodge complaint agsinst the manager Mr. Manoj Singh and personal banker Mr. Shashibhushan of Datapada Branch, Borivali, Mumbai, where they projected an SAP scheme (saving assuarance plan) as an FD-RD scheme of 5 yrs providing 10% interest compunded annually where as the actual product was an life insuarance policy of 11 yrs providing at max 3.25% interest that too at end of the maturity peroid.

I came to know about it when I recieved my policy document. On questioning about the same from the branch, they asked us to surrender the policy but were not accepting there fault of cheating the customers by making false claims and wasting the user's time and money.

Seriuos actions needs to betaken regarding this as they are fooling around the people by making false lucrative offers.
