I am Narendra My credit card number is 5176521008540934. In the month of October for settlement from Rajouri garden I received a call from bank and we discussed on the payment, after discussion the total paybale amonut was Rs 5520. They told me that I have to give two post dated cheque and pay Rs1000 cash. The bank sent its executive for cash collection and I gave him Rs 1000 cash. After some time I asked to bank where is my settlement letter. Bank representative said me now your balance amount is Rs 4700 and told me that deposit Rs 1000. I deposited the same. but did not received any settlement letter from HDFC Bank. Right now I am out of station from March the bank executive call me and told deposit Rs 1000 and asked him about my settlement letter he told me the bank is going to sent the letter. Again I deposited Rs 1000 in the HDFC bank Ahmedabad in the month of April. Know I called the bank they told me now your pending amount is Rs 9300. Today i.e 18.08.2011 I spoke to bank representative he told to me now I am going to place your settelment process and around Rs 7000 you have to pay. When I asked him regarding CIBIL he told me your name will be in this list. Kindly tell me now What to do.
