Regarding amount deducted but not received while operating on an ATM

Respected sir,

with due respect and humble submission it is submitted taht on 19.3.12 while my wife withdrawing money from my HDFC Account No. 10001000002404, the amount was debited from my account but she does not receive any money. This was the incident of HDFC Bank ATM in Shahdra, Delhi (trans yamuna). She immediately bring the incident to the notice of guard, but he said that the same was happened to a man just before her and said that don't worry the amount would be credited to your account very soon. The amount is not credited in my account till date. It is my humble request that kindlly look into the matter immediately. An early action will be hightly appreciated.
