Espected sir/madam

i am a citizen of goraya distt jalandhar in punjab state.i am a customer of h.d.f.c bank from a long time. yesterday i went to bank to withdraw some amount and i have some confusions about credit card issued to me last month . i have 2 accounts in bank . one is my personal account and other is joint account with my wife . my acc no are 24769 and 03597 there. when i tried to asked about my problem to mr . jasmeet singh and mr. sandeep they dnt answered me well. Mr sandeep deals in credit cards in h.d.f.c bang in goraya. Mr. Jasmeet behavior was not like that he is talking or dealing with customers. he was saying Mr sandeep that (iska credit card cancel karwao aur iska account band karo) when i was present in bank . so sir i was very upset with their behavior and really wants to close my both accounts in that bank . but being a educated citizen i decided to complaint about both persons.

so sir i humbly request you to take some step to let the employee know how to deal or talk with a cstomer
