Lost money

Hi sir,

I am Rajasekhar reddy, having an account in HDFC bank (A/C No 8111610021807, Branch: Ramachandrapuram, hyderabad, IFSC code: HDFC0000811). Recently on 03/04 (3rd April) I tried an cash with drawl of 2500/- from ICICI bank ATM (Near Gangaram R.S. Brothers Hyderabad), At the time of processing my request I pressed the "CANCEL" button as some one told me that receipt is not coming from the particular ATM. Then I just checked for my balance and I got shocked as 2500/- has been debited from my account. I didn't get the money as I have pressed "CANCEL" Button and I didn't get the receipt. When i approached my home branch they are asking me for the receipt, and I told them that I didn't get the money and receipt. They are saying that we cannot process as you don't have the receipt. Please look into the matter and please refund my money as soon as possible.
