Un-suffient Charges

Hi

NWD DEC CHG 06-09-11 43862430162 070911

with the description NWD DEC CHG (ATM Withdrawal charges) eventhough it is free 5 transaction per Month from any ATM of other bank. I make transaction only once from other bank ATM but HDFC charge Rs.23.58. After 2 days, It again charge for NEFT CHGS INCL ST & CESS 09091 Rs.5/ . It is against rule and regulation of RBI. HDFC Bank is a totally fraud bank and looting peoples.

Please suggest why they charging without any information.
