Hdfc bank loan against property
Home assuarance insuarance without my consent

Sir I have availed loan against property frm hdfc bank. Ref. No.80104724.Without my knowledge a premium of rs.500000 under the pretext of home assuarance insurance has been substracted. I dont remember filling any insurance form or signing any insurance agreement. Inspite of contacting the local branch repeatedly no satisfactory answer is been given or no documentary evidence is furnished. Pl. look into the matter urgently. Or i am left with no option other than filling a criminal complaint as well as going to the consumer forum for the same reason..
