I have taken car loan for Rs. 325, 000from HDFC Bank. As per the loan agreement HDFC Bank was suppose to deduct the pre EMI of Rs. 10573/- and Processing Fess of Rs. 1960/- but they have deducted additional Rs -.

I have already loged few complaints (nos are give below) but have not received any reply from theire side.
