Dear Sir/Madam

This has reference to my Saving account no : 00861000045884 with HDFC Bank, I am extremely disappointed with the Bank charges

They are debiting my account without any reason and up on request they are not able to provide me the proper information.

On 04/11 they have debited my accounts @ 50 x 25 times in one day, when I spoken to customer Care executive they have

Informed that these charges are telephone call charges which i have made during non maintenance of quarterly balance of 10, 000/-

Which is wrong i might have call twice but they are not able to provide me the proper information, earlier also they have debited my

Account with 50 and after two days of debit i have sent email to customer care but they have not responded to me.

Please help me
