Deduction of AQB CHARGES without informing me for my HDFC SALARY A/C 00741050230150 for branch located at SILVASSA

I am holding a salary account in HDFC BANK since last 3 and half years. I am surprised with the Deduction of AQB CHARGES without informing me for my HDFC SALARY A/C 00741050230150 for branch located at SILVASSA (DNH). Also my account is converted to saving account without informing me through email or communication to my registered address with the bank which I have updated regularly.amount of rs 363 Is deducted.
