My Experience toward HDFCBANK Hamirpur Himachal Pradesh is totally uncountable in bed costumer handling,

Earlier visited the branch for the purpose of my bank account enquiry, i have an account in Solan branch.but the behavior of Hdfcbank Emp.is,?

A lady"girl" was sited there in the front desk, and i asked a question to her about bank statment, She replayed u don't, what i am doing. So i am going to close my account cause of that reason.during that time branch manager was out of office.sorry i forgot the name of that lady.she was sited in the front and another lady is in case counter.
