Sir, My Name is Gopal prasad shahi. I have taken a credit card From HDFC BANK last year in july. After that I in September I went out of India. When I back to India in June 10 I got one masses from my Mobile, I have 6000 Rs. credit of HDFC BANK in favor of my Insurence, Event I dont know about that and not received any document or statement regarding this. when I call customer care, he told me I will cancel this dont mind. After coming again out of India they started to call my family and haresing him. pl. guide me and do some thing in my favour.
