WRONG PRODUCT

Dear sir,

We have opened a current account with HDFC bank, Godowlia Branch, Varanasi, U.P. on the request of Branch manager Mr Rizvi on 27th April. But The manager opened my a/c in Trade Product whereas I am distributor of mutual fund & get only commission. There after the bank was deducting Rs. 1348.32 as charges on quarterly basis. When I complain the B. Manager he told me not to worry and he will reverse the charges but no charges reversed, then I have given written complian to the Branch and received by the bank Staff Santosh Ojha. But Till date neither the charges reversed nor the branch has changed my product inspite of repeated reminder.
