DEPOSITORY CHARGES DEDUCTED

This is in reference to the transaction made into my account without intimating me by hdfc bank.

An amount of Rs 827.25 has been debited on 19th July from my HDFC salary account 04111130009383, mentioning about 'DEPOSITORY CHARGES JUN11 - 30615374' on demat account. I have used this account only once in the last year this was to be a life time free demat account.

When the account was given to me it was told that it would be absolutely free.

This is clear exploitation of customers.

I called the Cusotmer Care they want me to personally go to the malad HDFC BANK and talk for it, they dint even register a complain for this with them.
