Illegal transaction from my credit card

Card nu: 4050282002033673

On 19 apr there was illegal online transaction of 13074.22 happened from my credit card

I had given the letter to credit card department on 20 apr. today is 1 may till customer care people

saying that i haven't received any type of letter from you.

what i suppose to do in this case???

its very annoying to talk with this customer care people.
