Un-authorised charges

I have a visa gold card of HDFC BANK No 4346781009884461. I am making the all monthly payment more than minimum charges Rs. -P.M. from last five months only a one month Rs.1500 /- was paid in the month of January.

It was intimated that card is overlimit for which bank is charging overlimit charges of Rs.500/- which is completely un-authorised. This is the responsibility of bank to restric not to exceed the card limit.. I want to also know that can i lodge the FIR against the Bank for cheating.

As i was intimated by Banker that outstanding amount is Rs. 35000/-, Card limit is Rs.30, 000/- in the month of august after that I m making the payment of Rs. - p.m. from last six months. continuously but the statement for the month of jan is showing an outstanding of Rs.37000/-

necessary action may kindly be taken against the said bank please.
