Urgently Wanted to pre-close my Personal loan a/c-18730728

Hello Sir/Mam

I am Nidhi Bhatnagar My personal loan account number is 18730728. I have taken my PL on Mayof Rs.2.5lacs, 10EMI Paid.

Now I want to foreclose my personal loan and agreed to repay all the amount of personal loan with foreclosure charges and also other charges if there. At the time, when i had applied for loan, hdfc guy told me that I can close the loan after 6 months, but when I called phone banking in order to know the procedure they told me that I can't close it before 12 months.

Kindly help me for the same, as I have applied for home loan to LICHF for 20lacs but they asked me to close personal loan first, as they need forecloser certificate of personal loan. Construction of my home is alredy started, now I'll be in trouble, if I'll not allow to pre-close the personal loan.

Please advise the procedure & to whom should I contact for the fast process.
