False commitment

Hi,

i'm having salary account in HDFC bank, nungambakkam branch.

Based on my transaction the HDFC employee named Thamarai called me regarding the Loan offer of 104000 at the rate of 17%.So i agreed and handed over the documents to her.

The amount of Rs.103552.got credited to my account three days before without any prior confirmation from me.

and also received a SMS for the EMI payment of 4086 at the rate of 24%.

I need the answer from the Bank manager, Mr. JOHN.immediately.
